Meetings Format for Displays
Meetings are arranged to accommodate two or three sessions depending on the number of sheets to be displayed. Our frames are designed to hold 12 sheets each. There are six frames. A total of 144 or 216 sheets are usually shown. Timings are approximate and may vary to suit the speaker.

- This is based on standard size album pages,
allowing three rows of four sheets per frame.
It is possible with narrower pages (including A4)
to get five sheets per row by overlapping them
slightly.
